Dark masses gather over the city,
charging bolts or righteous anger within.
It constantly growls to remind them of its presence,
confining the fearful citizens to the safety of their homes.

The darkness abruptly comes to a halt over the center of the city.
Underneath it: a man who has forsaken his morality.
Previously a suspect in three cases of murder
he is now on a rampage throughout the city
due to the effects of some illegal substance.

Horrified, the citizens pray to above,
hoping for some savior,
and with a satisfied rumble,
the storm releases its wrath
on the target below,
leaving a nearly unrecognizable
corpse as a grim reminder
to others who would follow the same path.
