Flaming and dancing
licking and biting
soothing yet fighting
fueled by life
and subdued by consciousness
love dances like a fire in the night
shine through the void
a beacon and flare
spreading its warm tendrils
as far as everywhere
to be attended to
controlling its urges to wander
burning the world in the process
the heat makes you want her.
And it rises.
