My lover’s heart is cursed
By the blessing of a
Girl, gone
He loved her, deeply,
And loved her, young
And then, she passed
How can I compare
To the life of someone
Lost?
How can I compare
To the eternal memory?
How can I compare
When I have sinned?
The truth is,
I can’t
But his heart doesn’t lie
It beats for her
And not for me
I am dressed
With sin
And she is forever
Pure
He will always love her more
And even sometimes
He looks at
Me
And sees
Her
And his heart
Flutters.
