Chance MAG
  All you did was rip
  each ligament holding
  my muscles in place.
  You pierced through
  my chest and broke
  through my ribs,
  to reach my lungs
  and punctured them
  with your fist.
  You wanted to control
  my mindless movements
  and keep me from
  inhaling.
  And you didn’t do this
  by staying,
  but by pulling the plug
  and whispering
  “You never really
  had a chance, kid.”
