Enemy.
Well,
so many things hold us
back from doing
what we really want to do. Ah, there’s things like the
fear of falling, the
fear of uncertainty, the
fear of social humiliation, the
fear of ruining ourselves,
I suppose.
Forget the guns and knives and, oh,
the nuclear bombs. Trepidation is
what really kills.
Quite honestly, actually, it’s our own fault for letting
our terrors control, limit,
define us in, ah, in one dimension.
So, now, I do ask you this.
What else exists but
the raging of our fierce fears
that have caused our own self-destruction?
