Savior
She’s watching me.
She watches me sleep
She watches me shower
She watches me dress.
She tails me down the stairs
She follows me to school
She claws at my back.
She is a familiar pain.
She is faceless
She is shrieking
She is an unforgiving shadow.
She lathers my hands in black
She stains my throat in fear
She paralyzes my body.
I can’t breathe.
She controls me
She hurts me
She’s the person I wish not to be.
I look at a mirror
I look at a Blurryface
I look at it struggle.
I am leaving.
I can see red
I find not the end
I find a way out
She is baffled
She holds on tight
She is the one scared.
She cannot fight the savior.
I pour the stitched red over my head
I cover my head in a cotton beanie
I protect my mind from her reign.
She withdraws
She leaves her marks behind
She flees.
I am safe for another day.

This is a tribute to my savior(s). The didn't help me personally, they didn't say you're not alone, but they showered the little boys anf girls just like me with hope and strength. They are the reasone I am here today. I sounds ridiculous I know, but their music helps me get through the day. Their name is Twenty One Pilots.
