Maybe it's the way he laughs,
So light and carefree.
Maybe it's the way his eyes smile with delight when he sees me.
Maybe it's his broad shoulders that always hold me oh so tight.
Or maybe it's how when his firm hands enterwine with mine it feels just right.
It could even be how his sweet soft lips tempt me to press mine against them another time.

You could ask me why I love him,
But I promise what I'll say will sound absurd.
If you ask me why I fell in love with him,
I’ll tell you I don't know.
I’ll tell you my heart wanted him from the moment I saw him on that day at the corner of school.
When I saw him dancing so carefree I couldn't help but smile.
And when he looked straight at me my heart was pounding uncontrollably.
Then when I looked straight right into those beautiful big brown eyes,
I felt my heart explode.

So I can tell you why I love him,
But that would be a lie.
My heart just fell in love,
Out of no choice of mine.
However, I chose to follow my heart,
And stay beside him.
I chose to grow with him,
To hold and cherish him,
To care for him.
I chose to be with him and adore him.
I chose to allow my love for him to grow stronger.

So yes I don't know why I fell in love with him.
But I do know that it's the little things he do,
That makes me fall deeper in love.
