i wish i could back.


i wish i could go back to when nights were shorter, yet felt longer.

back to when trees had millions of leaves, and flowers bloomed.

back to the grass was moist and green, not try and brown.

back to when shorts and sandals were an everyday outfit.

back to when everyday felt like a weekend.

back to those summer days when everything was perfect.
