Smoky Woods

In the broad smokey woods
the man screamed at the top of his lungs
as the fire grew faster and faster.
The smoke was going through this poor man’s soul
with him knowing the end was near,
the fire searing this man’s skin.
Suddenly appears
a masked stranger running towards the man
trying to free his life.
He couldn’t.
The cruel fire started to growl
while the two men were burning to ashes.
