Ghosts
I live in the ghosts of the damned
The one that lies to your face
Whispers to you that you matter
Then kicks you to the street
They treat you like one of them
Only to turn their backs on you
When you doubt your life
And all the things you need help on
They drag you down to hell
Try to force you into their gang
And take your last innocence that lies within
To kill and burn you alive
They laugh and smile with you
Wishing that you would go away
Because you are not one of them
And you are simply in their way
And yet they call themselves your friends
Like a lamb you will believe them
Because you are sick of being alone
And you live in the ghosts of the damned
