A silver raindrop
A silver raindrop
The heavens begin to rumble
Among the fury of giant, god sent beasts
Soon the honey dipped glow of light dissolves in a cesspool of blackness
As darkened cracks of space cover the reflection of all that’s good
The wind shouts, from seemingly every corner of our world
With all its might and power
To simply carve a more distinct sculpture in this madness
The personified version of an enraged lion, roaring in the eye of this confusion
A counterfeit darkness now covers the world above
An embodiment but no incarnation of night
With a roaring voice this copy speaks
And down come its words, through the cracks above
Though these words appear to be an avatar of anger
They are in truth quite delicate, leading to a predestined, colourful future
But at the time being they each are dull
Falling to the ground one by one
The words do have shape and strength
Each even having a colour
Sometimes blue, sometimes silver
The words fall, covering the earth in silver raindrops
