Things Un-Said
There is so much I want to say to you
So many things I want to admit and explain
But it’s not the right time
It is not appropriate
I want to ask you questions
I want to ask you why? How you feel, and what you’re thinking?
I need to get the answers
But it’s not the right time
It is not appropriate
I want to make it right
I want it, us, to be normal again
But it’s not the right time
It is not appropriate
But then I wonder will it ever be the right time?
Will it ever be appropriate?
To fix things
Or will I just sit here and ponder
Wondering about the what if’s and could have been’s
With thought floating around in my head
Of all the things un-said
