Unfazed Eyes
In front of me are twenty pairs of unfazed eyes
And I'm trying to keep my shell from breaking
If looks could kill, it'd be the perfect guise
But it's evident that I'm faking
They can catch onto my lies
'Cause my cheeks are red and my hands are shaking
My mind and mouth struggle to compromise
Jumbled words are clearly overtaking
My external shell arrives to its demise
Then it's over, and I am still shaking.
