Why Can't You See?
Don’t you see I’m acting different?
Can’t you see I’ve been a little distant?
Are you even aware?
If you knew, would you even care?
You’re the reason for this,
When is the last time you even gave me a kiss?
Yes, I am quiet, I like to keep silent,
But in my head, it can be pretty violent.
Remember when I was little?
I’d sleep between you and mommy in the middle.
Can’t you see I’m not the girl I was?
Cause everyone else does.
I just want you to see,
I’m not your little girl like I used to be.
