Beware the lair of fear
Listening to the pitter patter through the dark forest,
hurrying through the heavy forest with afeared face,
not aware of the shrew that awaits,
the beast in the dark is fainly awaiting.
Screaming is heard in their head "Hie! Avaunt! Avaunt!".
thinking "What is it that it wants?"
coming to a halt all is quiet.
Do not stop or the beast will see it as a gage,
before they can hurry on they hear" It is too late."
Aye the beast prowl, it eagerly awaits,
having ever only seeing red before its prey fate.
Bethink all before entering the forest,
if you come you will be put to rest.
Turn, go back to whence thee came from.
Step into its' den and the game has already been won,
from there the shrew will take its call.

I love incorporating Shakespearean language into any writing and I am best at dark, descriptive ,emotional tones and its easier to write poems that way as well as stories.
