When she died inside me...
One dark night,
Which seemed to me, like New Moon,
I walked into the room.
It was red, dark;
Really dark, it was.
All I saw, were the grim shadows in there;
Shadows, which could take form,
With no entity to block the never-existed lambency,
And webbed nerves,
That hindered my way towards her numb heart,
Which still beat,
Inspite of its disappearing existence;
Disappeared, of ignorance,
Numb, of betrayal.
I walked in a little more,
Perhaps to see her asleep;
A sleep forever, maybe,
Which I didn't know
As she eluded me, across my oblivion,
And perhaps, she had died.
But her numb heart still beat,
Inspite of its disappearing existence
When I touched her,
Leaving one question unanswered,
"Frozen, she was,
Or was she dead?"
Well, she had disappeared;
Disappeared, of ignorance,
Numb, of betrayal.
And I still didn't know,
She had died,
She had died inside me...
