His Winter
He walks away, his smile not fading
His heart freezing faster than her
He wouldn’t have to see her pathetic being again
He never loved her
He used her as a toy and tossed her aside like one
No matter how hard she tried, she couldn’t keep him
He turned, never looking back
He wouldn’t have to see her pathetic being again
He felt nothing from his actions
He was full of cold ice, like the storm outside
Driving, the cold gripped him more and more
Her words echoing in his mind
He had heard her pleading whispers
They had meant nothing to him
The car veered suddenly and it flew off the road
As the sharp metal and glass filled his view
He realized his life was nothing but lies and fake smiles
The car hit the ground, everything was black
All he could see was the pathetic look frozen on her face
