Love: Why Do We Crave It?
Why do all humans have this crave for love?
All that has ever happened is pain
This nostalgic feeling brought up on TV shows
Does that actually exist?
People can claim they love you
But would they be there with you through pain and success?
Or would they just flip a switch and abandon you
I’ve had many people show me love
And all it ends up is in shambles
No one sticks around
I don’t love myself
So why would anyone else?
