In a time where hope of love is lost,
A young man meets a perfect girl.
He wants to make her happy at all cost,
To him, she had more beauty than a pearl.

This young maiden, though, was in love,
She had found the perfect man.
She believed he was sent from above,
And she believed she’d have him if anyone can.

The man who loves her watched her go,
She went to collect the potion she’d need.
He saw what she was to do and thought “no”,
He took her love’s life so she could be freed.

She found the men, and she dropped to her knees to cry.
The man walked away then, not knowing she was soon to die.
