You remind me of life
Of oranges growing on their tree
Hanging high enough so that I can’t reach
Juicy and tempting
Of birds flocking together
Looking for somewhere beautiful to stay
To spend only a fleeting moment
Their gypsy souls yearn for more
Of the sun beaming on a person who has felt
Bliss
Laying in the grass
Looking nowhere but up
Of fireworks exploding
Spontaneous and loud
Their colours light up the sky
Of the sweaty palms of children
Holding the hands of love for the first
Time
