Yesterday I Told Her

Yesterday I told her
How I really felt,
It felt good but my mind is split
Into two.
Half of my mind is saying that
It changed how she felt
But
The other half is saying it didn’t help at all
I’ll never know unless
I ask, but
I don’t want to ask because
I’m afraid of the bad finding me again.
I love this girl and
I can’t tell her

I wrote this a few days ago and the day after I wrote this the girl that's the topic of Your Eyes, My Crush, Just Sitting Here, I Might be a Lucky Guy, Scared to Try, and Wishing for Real. She finally told me that she does like me and wants to see where things go.
