I am a Dolphin
Swimming in the sea all day,
does drain my energy.
But my flipper continues to go.
Swimming left, swimming right saying hello to all I see.
Stopping to play with my friends,
splishing and splashing, jumping in the waves.
I hear mom call,
dinners ready I must leave.
Until tomorrow friends as I swim away.
Exhausted from another eventful day,
“Goodnight Mom, I love you,” I say.
I close my eyes to rest and re-energize.
