The Weight of a Memory
Memories are weight
Too much for my tongue to bear
Have to stay silent
Tongue can't lift the words
Too much pressure, can't escape
Forcing out a sound
But no one listens
As I'm spilling out my pain
Weight grows heavier
Weight pushes me down
I get up again and the
Weight pushes me down
I need to give up
Not fight this any longer
Time to learn to live
But the world is dark
The flame of joy: extinguished
And now I'm alone
