I sit here and watch him
Lowering itself into ground
Sleeping beauty unto us
Rising star upon others
Dance across tile-less ceiling
Swim across depth-less waters
Harsh, blinding
Gentle, gorgeous
I am what everyone loves to see,
But can never truly see
I am what you hate to see leave,
But welcome me back unconditionally.
