Beautiful haiku! Inspiring and thought provoking. the heart or rhythm of a leader requires a quality that mere sheep do not possess... The ability to think outside the box!

I like how it seems you third line has nothing to do with the first two. Stuff like that forces you to think.
It brings up thoughts of some natural music.
