Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain.

When the eyelet of
My necklace turns to the front
Do you think of me?

The author's comments:
That irritating moment when the clasp, knot, eyelet, or "boob" of your necklace shows and comes up right next to the charm! (Why does it have so many names anyway?!)There are so many old wives tales surrounding that moment but I only know of two. One, someone you love is thinking of you. Two, as you turn it back you're supposed to make a wish. Anyone else got anymore?

All men who have achieved great things have been great dreamers.
Orison Swett Marden

"The role of a writer is not to say what we all can say, but what we are unable to say." - Anais Nin

we speak in hushed voices so as to not wake our memories

I loved this, it's very creative.

This is an interesting poem. I've never heard of that wive's tale before.
