Thief
They say I have the lips to steal all her breath
To cloud her vision, and make stars dance beneath her lids
Yet she won't let go, to get that precious air
Some may say that my lips are the best
They say I have eyes that capture the soul
Sway opinions, alter decisions, bend wills
Look even deeper and you may even melt
Deep brown eyes that don't regret what they stole
They say I have the words to cause relationship damage
That amend the laws of attraction where no addition is needed
That cause her to question her own faithfulness
Words that take her away just like a bandit
They say my personality wins over hearts
Beat by beat they think of me
A life full of trickery
But please do not call me a thief
