Pressure
Alone I'm left with one last test
A bullet lodged inside my chest
It inches closer, rips through flesh
My heart it aims to manifest
There's something stealing all my air
I feel as though I'm barely there
But no one sees it, no one cares
Like climbing never ending stairs
Just one body in a vast population
Another number in their endless circulation
Just a puppet for their mass manipulation
See, even freedom has a limitation
There are some that don't resist
Their highest goal is to exist
And they claim that they're the happiest
But when they die, they're never missed
So now they point the gun at you
Conform and they will let you through
Sacrifice what you know is true
Can you live with what you do?
