I'd like an Editor's Choice,
I'd feel like I got a Rolls Royce,
But I'd be so sad,
Oh I'd feel so bad,
If I didn't get that choice.

This was intended as a humerous limerick. Definitley not a descriptional piece. I believe your aspects of humor oppose my own.

Greater love has no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. ~John 15:13

"Give me liberty or give me death!" ~Patrick Henry

Be brave and steadfast; have no fear or dread of them, for it is the Lord, your God, who marches with you; he will never fail you or forsake you. ~ Deuteronomy 31:6

"I prefer dangerous freedom over peaceful slavery" ~ Thomas Jefferson

This is really whineya dn desperate. It seems like a small child wrote it. I suggest using more imagry and less begging. try describing and object instead of pleading to the editors humorous side. You do have the idea of what a limerick is though and it has a beat.
