Queens
Regal and elegant their code of conduct,
Anything less, and there will be points to deduct,
Always giving speeches, with thousands of people to address,
They are independent, not some damsel in distress
Classy ballgowns and sparkling wine flutes,
Important features of a queen's life, but not nearly as precious as her roots,
Discovering where you came from is a huge part of your life story,
Although some details can seem a bit gory
Whether it be through marriage or blood,
You are a part of a royal family, like related fish families who swim away from floods,
Atop your head is a mantel of responsibility,
The citizens rely on your abilities, especially in e.g invincibility
They have hundreds of expectations,
Relying on you for every decision - despite your heart palpitations,
But you must stay true to your persona,
And it will have a great reaction, like a fragrant flower releasing its aroma
