I have seen the light
and the light is warm
and the light is clear
and the light dissolves all of my fears
This light I see burns bright through me
and this light feels like pure ecstasy
This beautiful light
breaks into the night
The night is cold
and the night is dark
and the night is a purveyor of fears
The night I was in swallowed me
and the night felt like pure agony
But I have been saved
from the darkness of night
I have been rescued by
the glorious light.
