My Flower
A fragile beauty, elegant
as the 4000 year tree stands tall.
I love you, you love me not,
Less adored, must I leave before I fall?
Handpicked by angels - you leave,
Thus your presence flares and dies.
Unnerved by this sudden darkness
I Iove you, yet you tell me lies.
Deaths cavern invites me closer
Whilst I listen to you in despair
You say this earth needs better men
I love you- don't you care!?
'each leaf deserves a grave' you said
Jims story touched your heart,
Yet you stamp me to the sidewalk
Still I love, while you tear my heart apart

the line about jim's story doesn't really fit - I know but he really wanted to include it as it is his answer to everything.
