Tongues
You homeopath,
 your poison is sickly sweet
You say you can cure me,
but your medicine makes me so weak.

 You lobotomist,
 you nip at the bud
 you treat sickness with deadly
 precision, excision

 You exorcist,
 you expel my demons
make me shake from the inside
make me less than a human

You want to remove all my tumors
 by slicing me open
by reaching your hands inside of me
 But dear, can't you see,
 I'm all stitched up inside
 if you pull them out,
you'll pull everything else out of me

 To think!
 I dreamt of
 kissing you so soft
 you said to me, "darling,
 now don't ever stop"

 and to think!
 Your tongue is
 split down the middle
 you speak in tongues and
 you answer in riddles!
