Gray.
Stuck in the grey hall
With grey walls
Everything is grey
And I’m tired of this ongoing cliché
So let’s go and fill our paint buckets to the brim
And forget every sin we have ever sinned
Let’s hold our heads high
Don’t let them see us cry
Because I might not be the most perfect one out there
But everyone deserves a chance
Deserves a chance to
Forget their past
And stare at the sky
And forget every sin they’ve ever sinned
No one deserves to live with the pain
Everyone deserves another day
The sins are sins
And the pain is just pain
The battles we’ve fought
Are yesterday.
Yesterday is yesterday
And today is today
And you’re the only one that’s seen me cry
I wanna be myself
I wanna branch out
I wanna be me.
But what I am is history.
