Secrets
In the end,
We'll still be.
In the end,
There will be nothing else,
But you and me.
If there's an end,
Let it end with death.
Nothing more than regret,
Nothing less than forgiveness.
Nothing but love.
Lonely people hold their secrets,
Afraid to lose what little they have.
What I find funny is sad,
And my pain makes you glad.
At least that's what I take from it,
If you're keeping a lonely secret.
Lonely people walk the streets,
Even together, they are alone.
Walking past their demons,
Secrets wrapped around them,
Chains of silence.
In the end,
There will be no judge,
No jury,
And no executioner.
Only open arms and a bottle of whiskey.
In the end,
Seas fill with blood,
A beautiful flow of crimson.
Velvet ribbons upon land,
So soft and so smooth.
(so soft and so smooth)
Harsh times, upon us.
Lively dancing and murder.
Cheating spouses, hidden bodies.
Violated children,
Divided lands,
All saddened minds.
Moths eat the silk on your sweet lips,
Untying the mouth that has been Shut for so long.
Finally speak to me,
Finally speak to me,
Let me hear another voice,
Besides the ones in my head.
But, unlike an innocent moth,
You run from the light,
Into darkness, I follow you.
Then I lose you in the deceit,
And you leave me there.
(You leave me there)
In the end,
It will all come to us, softly and Rest upon my ears,
Then I will look into the eyes of This hell of a secret.
I will risk all I love and embrace,
All I love and embrace.
(All I love and embrace)
In the end,
There will be no judge,
No jury,
And no executioner.
Only open arms,
And a bottle of whiskey.
In the end,
Seas will fill with your tears,
As my body bleeds out the bloody tears that my eyes don't produce.
A beautiful rain down upon me, and Down your soft skin.
A waterfall,
That crushes me mentally.
I'll behold the monster you think you are,
And the corpse I'll become,
I'll still love you in the end.
(I'll still love you in the end)
In the end,
There will be a lesson.
In the end,
There will be no more secrets.
