Angel In Disguise
Waking up, it’s just another day.
Until I hear your voice and I know it’s going to be okay.
You cheer me up as if that’s what you’re born to do.
But i still feel like a fool...It’s crazy because everywhere I see you..
I get these knots that make my stomach tight.
When you’re near it feels so right.
But when I start to speak, my knees have never gotten so weak.
And I wish I could say you’re just one of those guys,
But you’re my angel in disguise.
You tuck me into bed with words you’ll never say.
Why can’t I stop feeling this way?
The stars don’t look as bright, without you it doesn’t feel right.
But I guess feelings like this get a little hard to resist.
Oh, I get these knots that make my stomach tight.
When you’re near it feels so right.
But when I start to speak, my knees have never gotten so weak.
And I wish I could say you’re just one of those guys,
But you’re my angel in disguise.
