The TJ Rap
TJ was a writer,
And then he was the Pres.
Got himself some learin’
Speakin’ in six languages.
He wrote the Declaration
Of “I.” for all of us
He got himself some money,
But then he lost it all.
Self taught in architecture,
Designin’ his whole place.
He got himself his edu.
And learned about the States
He lived in Monticello,
But rocked the violin
Inventin’ politician,
Usin’ paper and a pen.
He taught himself some science,
His face is on the bill
Now there’s a middle school,
He aint no run oh’ duh mill.
‘Cause TJ’s aint no rapper,
But he’s still got mad skill,
Naturalist and lawyer
His shoes can’t be re-filled.
