If I could Find Love
If I could find love,
I'd climb the mountains high,
Although I think it would take
A shooting star in the sky.
I think I'd sooner sprout wings
And claim I could fly
Than find a girl who could love me
'Til the day that I died.
But the stories all say
How true love never dies.
So how do they explain it
When we say our goodbyes?
Our love is now gone,
Like a river that's died,
So how could you love
A man who knows how to cry?
