Disregarded
How do you feel knowing you’re not worth the truth
That the lies of the world are reflected on you
And you do nothing wrong but people act like you do
And the people you meet were once the people you knew
And everything good leaves too fast and too soon
So fists are clenched white just to barely make it through
But the anger, it grows, till everything is seen in red
Because the real is lost and the lost is forever dead
And everything fatally hurts because you easily believed
And the ones you trusted most were the only ones who deceived
It’s upsetting and distressing knowing you’re the only one who’s real
But the remedy is time because in time all wounds heal
