If I Had a Dream
I stayed up in my room tonight. Wishing that the starts would brighten. But now I see the future isn’t the reality I wanted it to be. If I had a dream. Then the time would be just right. If I could fly my wings would spread and I would try. I have been pushed down along with all my fears. People have made me scared. But now I have a dream. And that’s to be me. To try one more time would be suicide. But life just gave me one more chance to try. I want to fly.
Wishing on a star. People think that’s weird. I could try my best to change their minds to real. But just Instead I disappear. To make the world think I’m not real. Because they don’t have a dream, they can’t believe in make believe stories.
