Bison
You were once by my side.
Now you’re running towards the door.
Inching your way closer,
To not seeing me anymore.
I used to tell you everything.
What was always on my mind.
Now our pages are coming loose.
Starting with the bind.
You are growing up,
And I suppose I should too. I just wish that didn’t mean,
Never seeing you.
Maybe that’s who you really are.
I guess I’ll never see.
I just remember what all you used to be.
Because that’s really all I’ve got.
