Mama Fell Down
Mama cried yesterday,
She said, “All my light has gone away”,
But baby, the dark is deep
And the monsters, they follow me.
She never saw it coming
When she got to the top;
Mama fell down the stairs,
Crying “Baby, I’ll see you there.”
The sun had ran away,
Laughing, “That’ll be the day.”
Mama fell down the stairs,
Crying “Baby, we’ll soon be there”,
But the night is deep tonight
And the winds got me feeling light.
“Mama, I need you here.”
