Favorite Quote:
Only that day dawns to which we are awake.

- Thoreau (Walden and Other writings)

She mounts stallions of magnificence,
With beauty in her stride,
Emerald-green eyes drinking the world,
Splendor is her bride.

Wine-red hair sways from her neck,
Quenching the wind’s thirsty caress,
Golden rays silhouette her face,
Sparkling it with lissome grace.

Her flesh clad by snow-white skin,
Sightlines blinding nature’s eyes,
Her speech inflamed by blood-red lips,
An ethereal euphony singers despise.

Her glistening cheeks and euphoric chin,
Her lashes long and gaze keen,
Her features fragile and pointed sharp,
Such beauty the world has never seen.

Her smile a poet’s colorful song,
Her aspect the horizon of right and wrong,
Her laughter the tinkling of silver bells,
Her presence the gush of memories long.

Such is the girl, who sleeps by day,
And at night travels my way,
To come and adorn my incomplete dreams,
She stole my heart, what shall I say?
