Oh daughter of Leo, Cameliard's fairest jewel,
when you look in the mirror, what do you see?
Emeralds for eyes, a girl of barely thirteen,
hair colored by rubies, your future unknown.

Oh, Camelot calls, Camelot calls
It sinks into your bones and won't let you go;
Oh, Camelot calls, Camelot calls.

Oh, wife of King Arthur, the new kingdom's delight,
when you look in the mirror, what do you see?
Strands red as the sunset, eyes plucked from fields green,
your life is so easy, your honor unstained.

Oh, Camelot calls, Camelot calls.
It sinks into your bones and won't let you go.
Oh, Camelot calls, Camelot calls

Oh, Lancelot's lover, betrayer of oaths,
when you look in the mirror, what do you see?
Blood-scarlet tresses, eyes fIlled with jealousy,
your sins won't be forgotten; they are all you are meant for

Oh, Camelot calls, Camelot calls.
It sinks into your bones and won't let you go.
Oh, Camelot calls, Camelot calls

And when your time comes, to be buried beneath,
your beauty will fade and your mirror will break.
The song still lives on; it still rests in your bones.
Even in death, it won't let you to.

Oh Camelot calls, Camelot calls
It sinks into your bones and won't let you go.
Oh Camelot calls, Camelot calls.
It sinks into your bones and won't let go.

The author's comments:
The result of a recent obsession with King Arthur and his court, this is something that came to me today and I felt like writing it down.
