Hitler Painting
I’ll be walking in the chains of numbers while
staring at Hitler’s paintings as I go by.
I’m near the coming of age before I start to
Invent my bombs of ashes.  Maybe then they’ll
see my footprints.  ‘Cause I don’t want to swim
in a lake full of dead flies.  I don’t want to be
in a Hitler painting.  And I kind of hope that these
walls will fall down on me.  And I sometimes wish
that this hunger will soon kill me.  ‘Cause I don’t want
to be in a Hitler painting.
Walking in the chains – seeing all the numbers –
Staring at Hitler’s paintings before we’re burned
  alive in stale paint.
‘Cause I don’t want to swim in a lake full of dead flies.  I
don’t want to be in a Hitler painting.  And I kind of
hope that these walls will fall down on me.  And I
sometimes wish that this hunger will soon kill me.
I don’t want to be in a Hitler painting.
