Life's a dream
LIfe’s a dream
The wind is here
The tide is strong
I’m just standing here
Singing my favorite song
The sails are high
But this ship is fast
We shall fly
Bring up the mast
Along the horizon
The sun is setting
A lonely moon is rising
The crew is below deck betting
Still are the waves
Silent is the night
The shore is tranquil as it raves to the moon
A crackling fire appears, my lantern light
As day comes on
Night fades away
I just look to the sky and smile along
Peace is my mind, wanting to stay
The wind is here
The tide is strong
I’m just standing here
Singing my favorite song
In my mind I file a memory
Blue waves, shimmering sun
The journey to glory
I keep a steady pace, dare not to run
Ahead I look
Land ho! the crew yells
As we jumped with joy the ship shook
Even more noise, we rung the bells
Fun this was
Everlasting I wish
As foot hit sand, I heard applause
Like the man on moon or 3 point swish
At last I made it
To the place of sweet peace and sunshine
Salty sea air and a light breeze, my tar pit
To live here endlessly would be divine
The wind is here
The tide is strong
I’m just standing here
Singing my favorite song
Life’s a dream I’m flying high
