Have you ever stopped to think about being kind?
There’s no shame in it; it’s a good thought in your mind
Doing a kind act like helping one pick up his stuff
After all, dropping things on the floor is pretty rough
Or sit by someone at lunch who‘s all alone
Don’t let him sit there all by himself and moan
Also, listen to this one important fact
When you do this, you will cause a big impact
Giving someone a hand is a good deal
You will be amazed of how you will feel
To those who spread kindness, you’re not the only one
Others spread kindness to places touched by the sun
Look around, there is kindness all around you
It may not seem like it, but believe me it’s true
Everybody does have kindness in their heart
For those who don’t, they just don’t want to take part
Kindness is also the missing piece
The piece of the puzzle to make world peace
A world of kindness how wonderful it could be
Where the deaf can hear, and the blind can see
But think of a world that has no kindness
With no love but hate, it would be a mess
But the dream of such a world of kindness can come true
To make it real there are things we can do
Spread the word of kindness all around
Help those up when they fall to the ground
Be kind to others without any hast
Then the world will become a better place.
