Stand Below
I already get it you regret it
Heat of the moment went into your skull,
A lull, of the mind don’t sweat it
  I remember my time
  Late december in the prime
A moment so tense i needed to rewind
across from the  police station, deep in conversation
Arguing about little s*** drunk with the frustration
A little bit later the anger was elevatin
Screaming and hollering we could care less
Teeming with the anger I tried to suppress
I do it often though, here or there,
but this time was a different affair
I said some s*** a couple dished out words,
hurt you in a way that broke you into thirds
I saw it in her face, a downcast look
An expression so raw that her eyes said it all
I never thought words could make someone so small
So I get it, you said it
Heat of the moment went into your skull
A lull, of the mind don't sweat it
All i ask is complete me this task
When someone lets go maybe loses control
Don’t take it like it’s coming from their heart and their soul
Because everyone including you, has been on their side of the pole
