America the Beautiful
America, the beautiful
People came to your shore
Seeking opportunity and chance
Fleeing famine and war
America, the beautiful
You opened your arms to welcome
Immigrants from all nations
Who sought refuge to escape the bedlam
America, the beautiful
Remember your past and stay true to your roots
Hold on to your values
And remain steadfast in your pursuits
Freedom and liberty for all; welcoming refugees to our land
Not shutting down borders, and issuing Muslim bans
