Symphony of Life
Locked in the extension of dreary roads
to each end runs crumped vehicles and buzzing beings
to work or from work they flow - from stomatal reflections of the building that loads
The daily sped, secular, suppressed and silent, same through each day they sing
Upon weekends where beings come rest
Laughter and gleams brew - in crowded streets and solitary phones
But there are those who still bustle on hand - for meals and instructions persist
Others in recurring search of vain joy - reign the brain for ages unknown
Yet eyes and bodies glisten of liveness - from people busy in each
In stretching monotony do they dedicate and ring - the pursuit of happiness and the good
Yes, they are desperate at times, dried laughs and helpless despair beseech
Yet in hopes and falls arise: complexity, strength, and the very beauty, tapping along twisted livelihoods
Biographies on stage in gleams and glooms, no shallowness be found, but by each moved
Their lives sing upon ebbs and flows, a trickling twist called symphony beloved
